WAITING LISTS ARE OPEN FOR REFLECTIVE PRACTICE GROUPS FOR PUBLIC AND VOLUNTARY SECTORS

• Do you work in the public or voluntary sector?
• Do you sometimes feel overloaded, overwhelmed, under supported, isolated, or lonely in your role?
• Would you like to meet other people with similar roles for mutual support and learning?

The groups available

There are three different types of groups available

1. Leaders and Managers
   These groups will consist of leaders and managers from across the public and voluntary sectors
2. Co-production, participation, involvement specialists
   These groups will consist of people whose role is about ensuring that citizens are involved in the design, delivery, and review of services.
3. Bespoke
   Reflective practice groups can be useful during periods of significant change for example mergers and restructures. Or if a team feels stuck or troubled. Organisations can commission bespoke reflective practice groups. These reflective practice groups can be ongoing or time limited.

Group Membership

Each individual group’s membership will be limited to eight people. Each time eight people sign up for a particular group that group will be set up.

Members may work for local authorities, charities, universities, housing associations health trusts, private providers or arms length bodies.

Meetings

Group type 1 and 2 will meet virtually for two hours on Zoom 10 times per year. The timings and frequency of bespoke groups will be by arrangement with the client.

Costs

Membership of the groups represents excellent value especially when compared with other forms of external supervision and coaching

1. Leaders and Managers Groups

• • For organisations with over £1 million turnover £750 per year
  • For organisations with under £1 million turnover £550 per year
  • Freelancers £550 per year

2. Co-production, participation, involvement specialists’ groups

• • For organisations with over £1 million turnover £575 per year
  • For organisations with under £1 million turnover £425 per year
  • Freelancers £425 per year

3. Bespoke groups

• • By arrangement
